Fitness Access Pass - Falls Prevention, Strength Training and Balance for Over 50s
Join us for up to 3 times a week strength training workout session. Our Strength Training Circuit Workout is conducted in a small group of not more than 9 members, with a trainer on-site to provide guidance and oversight. Each workout session is for 60 minutes, including a 10-15 minutes of warm up routine.
Call us to book your preferred workout schedules, available from Monday to Saturday (10am - 6pm). Choose from either a monthly or 3 months pass.
